The Arden Plaza redevelopment converts 15,000 sq.ft. of office space into 40,000 sq.ft. of retail in four buildings in Arden Hills, MN. The redevelopment consists of a Walgreens, two restaurants, and a small grocery market. The new retail redevelops the entire site of an existing strip retail center to compliment the original retail, and to meet the citie’s design guidelines. Construction to begin September 2009.

The design intent for Marina Village is to create a unique sense of place that not only captures the experience of being on the Lake, but also creates a great gateway and civic place for the City of White Bear Lake. The three distinct ‘village’ buildings define the shape of the civic courtyard providing restaurant, retail, and office use for the site.

This award winning four phase project sits atop the historic bluffs of the Mississippi. With more than 98,000 sq.ft. of office and gourmet retail space upon completion in 2008, the Village continues the historic distinction of being a pioneering destination for current and future residents of the area.

2700 The Avenue is located along University Avenue, less than one mile from the University of Minnesota. 80,000sf of office will reside over 20,000 sf of retail in this $14 million investment on the Central Corridor. The site is located at the border of Minneapolis and St. Paul and is seen as a gateway, complete with a public art installation "What is the Sound of Home" at the street level identifying its border status. The building is scheduled for LEED Silver certification.

Grand Central is an urban infill site along a heavily travelled corridor in the city of Columbia Heights. This redevelopment added 50,000 sf of retail and commercial office space as well as a district parking ramp to this $10 million project. The redevelopment removes a blighted area of suburban style malls, and provides a continuation of the historic heart of the city.
